Your are invited to join Mr. Hastings and Mr. Shafer (Olathe East Theatre teacher) for a once-in-a-lifetime travel experience to England in Summer 2024!
Our theatre focused tour of England includes stops in London, Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Stonehenge, The Bath Region, Salisbury, and Windsor Castle. We'll explore theater's roots at Shakespeare's Birthplace while attending a performance at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Then explore The Globe, learning about its present and future with backstage tours, workshops, and a performance. Next up, London’s West End theater scene, which has something for every audience. Long-running favorites and groundbreaking debuts. And of course, we’ll hit the heart of London from the excitement of Piccadilly Circus to a plate of fish and chips to the ringing chimes of Big Ben.
